Shining Star Program Shining Star Program

2 May 2022Our goal is for every club to be able to grow and sustain their members using the tools available to assess and monitor problem areas and know how to develop plans to resolve it. This program will provide a club the tools and incentive to become champion clubs.
The club is to designate a representative. (COC Clubs own Coach)
The COC is to attend a monthly meeting. Each month a new topic will be presented and a tip sheet will be discussed. The COC will be responsible for bringing the information back to the club. Each week a new incentive will also be presented.
As the club completes the task the will report back to the committee. Members and clubs will receive incentives depending upon the number of incentives that are completed during November 9th and May 30th.
