    The District Executive Committee is composed of the District Director, the Program Quality Director, the Club Growth Director, the District Public Relations Manager, the District Administrative Manager, and the District Financial Manager; and the Division Directors and Area Directors of District 53. The Region Advisor and International Director for District 53’s Region are ex officio members.
    Update: The February 19, 2024 meeting has been rescheduled to February 26 at 7:00 pm
    Attendance of other persons at this meeting is by invitation of the District Director. To place an item on the agenda for a specific meeting, please contact the District Administrative Manager or the District Director at least three business days in advance.  To receive a link to the meeting, please contact the District Director or the District Administrative Manager.

    Club Officers should plan to attend training between November 1 and February 28 (February 29 in leap years) each year, as part of their work toward the Distinguished Club Program (DCP).Four officers must be trained in each of the two periods to complete Goal 9 of the DCP.

    Division Director Elizabeth Keeling invites you to join the Division E Contests on 2 March 2024 at the William K. Sanford Library in Colonie, NY, for a 1pm start to the Evaluation and International Speech Contests!

    Please attend in person as Division E competes for the title of best International speaker in the Division this year, and best Evaluator. Our competitors go on to the District Finals at the District 53 Annual Conference.
