The Region Advisor and International Director for District 53’s Region are ex officio members.

Sanford Library in Colonie, NY, for a 1pm start to the Evaluation and International Speech Contests! Please attend in person as Division E competes for the title of best International speaker in the Division this year, and best Evaluator.
