Senior Team Meetings occur every Wednesday from 7-8 pm.

- District Director
- Program Quality
- Club Growth Director
- Public Relations Manager
- District Administration Manager
- District Finance Manager
and invited guests.
The Senior Team does not meet on national holidays, and may cancel meetings near other significant holidays. The District Director publishes the agenda.
