Steering Committee (SC) meeting
The Steering Committee meets every other month in even numbered months (April and June excepted) on the third Wednesday of the month from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The 2024-2025 program year meetings are on the following dates:
- August 21, 2024
- October 16, 2024
- December 18, 2024
- February 19, 2025
The Steering Committee voting membership is: the District Director, the District Program Quality Director, the Club Growth Director, the Division Directors, the Finance Manager, the Administrative Manager, and the Public Relations Manager.
Please contact the District Director to place an item on the agenda for these meetings. Please contact Norm Thibodeau to receive credentials to attend. If you are not a voting member, please be aware that you may not be able to attend except by invitation of the District Director.
