The District Executive Committee (or DEC) is the executive committee of the District.

Its membership is

  1. District Director
  2. Program Quality Director
  3. Club Growth Director
  4. District Public Relations Manager
  5. District Administration Manager
  6. District Finance Manager
  7. All Five Division Directors
  8. All twenty-two Area Directors

and invited guests.
