Annual Club Officer Lists due

Clubs that elect officers annually must submit lists to World Headquarters through the Club Central system at Toastmasters.org by June 30 each year.

In standard procedure, club nominations committees should assemble a slate of officers by the first meeting of that club in April, and hold an election (observing all quorum rules) at the Club's Annual Business Meeting at the first meeting in June.
